Truck Stock
The parts and materials inventory carried on each service vehicle.
Optimized truck stock is the single biggest lever on first-time fix rate. Stock too lean → callbacks. Stock too heavy → cash tied up + parts that expire/shrink. Modern field-service apps recommend stock based on the last 90 days of job types per technician.
