Pick OptimizeIt if you...

- Manage 1-15 field workers (any role: techs, crews, cleaners, designers, agents)
- Want to be live this week, not next quarter
- Prefer monthly billing with no annual commitment
- Want the AI voice agent and photo quoting built in, not as paid add-on modules
- Want to talk to a human within an hour of signing up
Run both if...
You operate multiple business lines at meaningfully different scales, for example a commercial HVAC arm at $10M+ revenue plus a residential junk removal arm at $500K. ServiceTitan covers the enterprise side; OptimizeIt covers the smaller line.

How OptimizeIt is different from ServiceTitan
Built by an operator, not a software founder
OptimizeIt was built by Lucas Cannon, who ran 5 Star Moving in El Cerrito, California for 15 years before founding the company. The product was shaped by his daily problem set as a service operator: customers calling at 7pm, photo-based quote requests that took 45 minutes to turn around, dispatch boards that had to be rebuilt every time a job ran long, and CRM software that was built for software buyers, not service operators.
Three principles came out of that experience that shape every product decision:
- 1.The AI has to actually do work, not just summarize work.Photo-to-quote means the customer's photos become a priced quote in under 60 seconds, with a deposit link, without a human typing a quote out. The 24/7 voice agent answers calls overnight and books the job; it does not just transcribe a voicemail.
- 2.Pricing has to be legible. The published price is the price. No per-tech tax that compounds during hiring. No multi-year contract that locks in last year's product.
- 3.Trade packs ship configured, not configurable. When a roofing operator signs up, their intake form, pricing rules, AI prompts, and reports are already calibrated for roofing. They do not spend 60 days configuring software before getting value out of it.

How is OptimizeIt's pricing different from ServiceTitan's?+
OptimizeIt publishes plan pricing on annual billing (monthly available at +25%): Starter at $39/mo ($49 monthly), Core at $79/mo ($99 monthly), Plus at $159/mo ($199 monthly) with the phone system included, and Pro at $239/mo ($299 monthly) with the 24/7 AI Voice Agent included (6,000 AI credits + 300 voice min/mo). Tiers include 1/2/4/6 seats; extras are $25/mo flat. 14-day free trial on all paid plans. White-glove migration from Jobber and Housecall Pro included on paid plans. Side-by-side category comparison at optimizeit.ai/pricing. ServiceTitan does not publish pricing publicly. Per G2 category aggregation and third-party reseller listings, ServiceTitan typically prices in the $245-$500 per technician per month range with a paid implementation engagement on top. We recommend asking ServiceTitan directly for a quote based on your fleet size and reviewing the published terms before signing.
Can I migrate my data from ServiceTitan to OptimizeIt?+
CSV export-to-import is supported. White-glove migration assistance is included on paid plans for transitions from Jobber and Housecall Pro per our pricing page. For other source platforms, CSV-to-import is the default; contact sales for white-glove scoping. For ServiceTitan → OptimizeIt, the default path is CSV export-to-import. For a fully managed migration, contact sales — we can scope white-glove support based on your data volume and pricing rule complexity.
What if I outgrow OptimizeIt?+
At $5M+ revenue, 10+ field workers, multi-location operations, or operations with significant Salesforce / NetSuite / Workday integration requirements, ServiceTitan's enterprise capabilities are worth evaluating. We will tell you when you are at that scale and help you transition cleanly. We are not trying to be the only platform you ever use; we are trying to be the right platform for your current scale.
How long is implementation?+
OptimizeIt onboarding is self-serve. Most operators are live within 48 hours of signing up. ServiceTitan's published implementation guide describes a 60-90 day process for new customers, which reflects the depth of configuration their platform supports.
What integrations do you support?+
QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Twilio, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, and a growing list of trade-specific integrations. Full list at optimizeit.ai/integrations. If you need deep Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or HubSpot Enterprise integration today, ServiceTitan's integration marketplace is more mature.
What's the contract commitment?+
OptimizeIt is month-to-month with no termination fee. Cancel anytime from your account settings. ServiceTitan's standard published terms are annual contracts; review your specific order form for current terms before signing.
Who is OptimizeIt NOT a fit for?+
Three operator profiles we are honest about:
-
$10M+ multi-location operators with franchise rollups. ServiceTitan's enterprise reporting, dispatch capacity planning, and multi-entity billing are purpose-built for this scale. We do not match it.
-
Operators who need deep Salesforce, NetSuite, or Workday integration today. ServiceTitan's integration marketplace is more mature.
-
Operators who need on-site implementation support and a dedicated customer success manager. ServiceTitan ships that. We do self-serve onboarding with chat and email support.
If any of those describe you, ServiceTitan is the right call. We would rather you find that out on this page than after a free trial.
