Accessorial Fees
Add-on charges for services beyond standard pickup and delivery (stairs, long carry, packing, shuttle).
Standard moving and hauling rates assume a curb-to-curb job with no obstacles. Accessorials cover the realities: $75–$200 for a long carry over 75 feet, $100+ for stair flights past the second floor, $400+ for a shuttle when the trailer can't fit. Disclosing accessorials in the estimate prevents disputes.
