Pool Service Software for Charlotte, NC
OptimizeIt is the AI-native pool service platform purpose-built for Charlotte operators — banking-sector relocations, NC Utilities Commission tariff rules, and aggressive Sun Belt inbound growth.
Why Charlotte pool service shops choose OptimizeIt
NC requires tariff-filed pricing for intrastate household goods movers — OptimizeIt ingests your filed tariff and quotes from it directly, so every estimate is compliant by construction.
OptimizeIt is the AI-native challenger to Skimmer and Pooltrackr — flat-tier pricing instead of per-seat, photo-driven quoting from the customer's phone, and a unified booking-to-payment loop. For a Charlotte pool service operator, that means fewer onsite estimates, faster bookings, and an audit trail that holds up to NC regulators and corporate clients alike.
Built for the way Charlotte actually works
OptimizeIt serves pool service shops across the Charlotte metro — from owner-operators running 1–2 trucks to fleets of 20+. Common service areas include:
- Uptown
- South End
- Dilworth
- NoDa
- Ballantyne
- Matthews
Population served: 880k city / 2.7M metro. OptimizeIt dispatches across the entire Charlotte metro with Google Maps-backed route optimization, live crew tracking, and customer ETAs — so jobs stay on time even when Charlotte traffic doesn't cooperate.
What you get vs Skimmer and Pooltrackr
- AI photo quoting — customers send photos, OptimizeIt produces a defensible quote in under 60 seconds. Skimmer and Pooltrackr still rely on form-based estimates or in-person walkthroughs.
- Flat-tier pricing — a 2-truck and a 10-truck Charlotte shop pay close to the same base. No per-seat scaling penalty.
- Native compliance — Certified Weight Tickets, Carmack liability disclosures, FMCSA 49 CFR Part 375, and state-specific quote formats (CA/TX/NC/OH/MA Not-to-Exceed) handled automatically.
- Stripe Connect payouts — every customer charge routes directly to your operator account. No middleman, no 7-day hold.
- Unified booking → BOL → review — one platform, not five integrations duct-taped together.
